The Associate Division Director (ADD) plays a crucial leadership role in advancing Aspiranet’s mission to support vulnerable children and families across California. This role is instrumental in bridging strategy and day-to-day operations by providing guidance and oversight to local programs, ensuring they meet budgetary, regulatory, and quality standards. The ADD collaborates closely with senior leadership to implement innovative initiatives and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. As a key partner to the Core Division Director, this position fosters a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion within the division. Key Responsibilities
Support divisional strategic planning and program development Oversee quarterly best practice reviews and ensure compliance with standards Assist with RFP/RFQ responses and agency-wide projects Develop and implement staff training aligned with core competencies Review incident reports and support performance management Collaborate with Quality Management and IT teams on data systems and training Maintain divisional communications and SharePoint content Act as division lead in CDD’s absence and participate in leadership meetings Uphold agency values, ethics, and confidentiality standards Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work or related field Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience At least 3 years of direct care experience in a related field Valid CDL, clean driving record, and required clearances Work Environment & Schedule
