About the Role As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. The Department Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. Overview

A Day in the Life: Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same. A typical day includes the responsibilities below, focusing on Customer Sales & Profit, Fashion & Trend Awareness, Team & Development, and Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution. Responsibilities

Support the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions. Be aware of your department\'s strengths, identify commercial opportunities, and work with your Department Manager to act on them. Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team actively promotes and sells products to customers. Follow up that your team actively promotes our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives. Ensure correct routines in fitting rooms and at checkout, including transactions, returns and exchanges. Ensure all admin routines for both people and operations are handled correctly. Fashion & Trend Awareness

Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers. Ensure your team provides product and fashion knowledge during customer interactions. Team & Development

Retain and share knowledge and skills with the store team. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser team; plan and work as a team. Give & receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other. Communicate regularly with store colleagues to inform, motivate and inspire – daily and weekly meetings, etc. Ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store are followed. Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution

Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockroom areas. Ensure high-fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation, with proper garment care. Maintain stock levels and provide input on allocation to the Area team. Ensure the full garment cycle from delivery to presentation and fitting room routines align with internal standards and utilize provided tools and technology. Maintain in-store OMNI Services and in-store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.). Maintain price signs in-store and on the sales floor per global and local guidelines to ensure consistent price perception. Update and upkeep BOH areas with key information, health & safety, tidiness, etc. Responsible for opening & closing of the store daily. Who You Are

expected base salary range is $20.65 - $24.37 hourly
