As a Supplier Quality Engineer: Develop and manage the global supplier quality program, including audits, scorecards, and risk evaluations. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier-caused defects. Plan, schedule, and conduct supplier audits and evaluate supplier processes and quality systems. Review and approve PPAP submissions, control plans, and process validation documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supplier selection, readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related technical field. 3-7 years of experience in supplier or manufacturing quality, preferably in a multi-site or global environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, supplier audit processes, and quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, and 8D methodology. Experience with plastic molding, stamping, forging, and machining processes. Project management skills, Six Sigma certification or Lean manufacturing experience, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as CBAM, RoHS, or REACH. Excellent communication, technical writing, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with the ability to manage independent projects and travel up to 25% as needed. What\'s on Offer
