Salary:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and oversee commercial litigation and consumer collection litigation cases independently from initiation to resolution, including trials as necessary. Efficiently handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining commitment to detail and client outcomes. Travel across Pennsylvania and New Jersey to represent clients in court proceedings passionately. Draft, review, and argue legal motions; conduct comprehensive depositions; and steer the discovery process effectively. Collaborate closely with clients to devise robust legal strategies and deliver detailed legal counseling. Minimum Position Qualifications: At least 2 years of direct experience in commercial and consumer collection litigation. Licensure to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with prior PA litigation experience. Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and a large caseload with diligence and precision. Demonstrated excellence in research, writing, and strong negotiation skills. Commitment to maintaining high standards in legal practice with a focus on client satisfaction and outcome delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in bankruptcy litigation. History of working in a hybrid work setting, balancing remote tasks with in-office demands effectively. Proven ability to lead legal teams and initiatives, demonstrating leadership and proactive problem-solving. Experience handling legal issues for diverse clientele ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individual investors. Skills: Exceptional legal research and analysis capabilities. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and collaborate within team settings. Strategic thinking and tactical planning abilities.
