Bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Attorney
to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment and is passionate about helping immigrant communities. Responsibilities
Manage a caseload and supervise assigned paralegals from intake through resolution. Conduct in-depth legal research and draft briefs, waivers, motions, appeals, and declarations. Review and finalize case documents and submissions for accuracy and completeness. Prepare clients for appearances and represent them at USCIS interviews, Immigration Court hearings, and other proceedings, including travel outside the Los Angeles area. Maintain consistent and professional client communication in coordination with support staff. Conduct legal consultations, both in-person and virtually, as needed. Stay current on immigration law developments and apply changes to case strategy. Follow firm policies and utilize case management systems effectively. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the California State Bar. Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in immigration law, including: Removal defense and deportation proceedings. Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews. Family-based immigration. Consular processing. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills. Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel for court and agency appearances. Why Join Us?
