As an Enterprise BDR, you’ll drive pipeline growth for Enterprise Account Executives by identifying and qualifying high-value prospects. You’ll execute outbound and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting complex organizations. Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc. ABM Collaboration with marketing/sales. Opportunity Qualification and discovery. Meeting Generation aligned with ICP. Account Research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Bombora. CRM Management in Salesforce. Cross-Functional Feedback to refine campaigns. KPIs
Discovery calls booked Conversion rate to qualified pipeline Target account engagement Outreach volume & quality ABM campaign contribution What You Bring
1–2 years in B2B SaaS sales or lead generation (enterprise preferred). Familiarity with ABM, intent data, and tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo. Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking. Experience in transportation/logistics or compliance-heavy industries preferred.
