R138905**Job Description:**The Procurement Governance Senior Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the governance framework that ensures procurement activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and financial controls. This role drives accountability, transparency, and compliance across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, supporting both Finance and Procurement functions.* **Governance & Policy:** Develop, maintain, and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with Finance and Controllership requirements.* **Controls & Compliance:** Monitor and audit procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.* **Performance Reporting:** Define and track key procurement governance KPIs (policy compliance rates, spend under management, audit findings).* **Process & Systems:** Collaborate with Procurement Operations to ensure governance is embedded within Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems and workflows.* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with Procurement Operations to ensure governance is embedded within Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems and workflows including providing training on policies and procedures.* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s or MBA preferred).* Professional certifications desirable: CPA, CMA, or equivalent.* 8+ years’ experience in procurement, finance controllership, audit, or risk/compliance roles, with at least 2–3 years in a governance or controls-focused role.* Strong knowledge of procurement processes (sourcing, contracting, P2P), financial controls, and compliance frameworks (SOX, IFRS/GAAP).* Preferred experience with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa) and data analytics tools.* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail* Governance Expertise: Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain procurement policies, controls, and approval frameworks that meet audit and internal compliance requirements.* Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of procurement spend management, accounting principles, and financial controls (SOX, GAAP).* Analytical & Risk Mindset: Skilled at analyzing spend data, identifying compliance gaps, assessing supplier risk, and implementing corrective actions* Collaboration & Influence: Excellent communicator with the ability to partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Audit teams, and to drive policy adoption across the organization.* Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.* Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.* Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.* An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.#LI-KR4The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
