Strategically lead the team to maximize and achieve store sales goals and monitor progress against targets. Model and foster a consumer-centric mindset and selling behaviors through genuine customer interactions. Attract, recruit and hire diverse talent and maintain a strong succession plan for the store. Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision of associates. Communicate clearly, set expectations for customer engagement, store policies, procedures, and team-building. Manage expenses to maximize sales and profitability and ensure the team has knowledge and skills to meet goals. Skills for Success
3-5+ years of related professional/retail management experience Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profit results Proven communication skills Solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced environment Formal education is nice to have, but total experience and achievements are valued more Inclusion & Diversity
