Substation Design Execution Project Manager

## Job Description# Substation Design Execution Project Manager* Develop and manage scopes of work for substation design and design-build contracts* Lead proposal reviews, contract awards, and kickoff workshops* Facilitate design reviews and equipment fabrication reviews at key milestones (30%, 60%, 100%)* Oversee design progress, cost, schedule, and scope tracking* Coordinate design activities with procurement and construction teams* Support risk evaluation, budget control, and QA/QC processes* Manage owner-direct vendors and ensure timely delivery of engineering information* Assist in contract negotiations and scope gap resolution* Provide weekly progress reports and maintain transparent communication across teams* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience* Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred* PMP and/or LEED AP certification preferred* 5+ years of experience in substation delivery or mission-critical infrastructure* Strong understanding of HV/MV electrical systems, construction principles, and cross-disciplinary coordination* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
