Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a
Senior Procurement Agent
to join our
Supply Chain (SC) Propulsion
team in
Everett, WA . As an integral member of the SCPropulsion team, you will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, solving complex problems and working directly with OEMs and their sub-tiers. You will be interfacing with Program Leaders, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and many other stakeholders. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organization to effectively achieve and maintain recovery action plans. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, scenario planning and support to mid-level and senior level Management. This position will provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Will also lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Responsibilities
Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management 3+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 15% of the time) Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing 5+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes Drug Free Workplace
