Senior Analyst
works as a critical part of the Go-To-Market team, providing leadership, expertise, creativity, and a unique analytical eye. As a rapidly transforming and scaling organization, the Go-To-Market Team and OneTrust leadership rely on this individual to provide critical insights that inform business processes. In this dynamic role, we seek a results-driven individual adept at utilizing data to enhance sales processes and align strategies with business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is paramount, and your commitment to data-driven decision-making will anchor sales performance on metrics and lead data-driven analyses to improve various aspects of our Go-To-Market organization. OneTrust’s platform enables responsible data and AI usage, including consent-based data collection and governance across privacy, security, IT/tech, third-party, and AI risk. This role emphasizes data collaboration to drive innovation. Responsibilities
Design, build, and deliver accurate management information reports, presentations, and dashboards to the senior leadership team. Create internally and externally facing performance reports, identify and explain trends, provide insights, and make recommendations to the business. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to review data and findings for consistency. End-to-end design, development, and embedding of regular and ad-hoc reporting, including business performance and efficiency measures. Create, develop, and embed KPI and efficiency measures based on historic data. Work with management information teams to deliver required outputs. Automate and streamline data sets and reports where possible in partnership with functional teams. Support project management of operational and group projects. Build alignment and drive cross-functional initiatives across sales, customer success, marketing, finance, support, and product. Engage with stakeholders at operational and business levels to ensure alignment of operational reporting to the senior leadership team. Qualifications
3+ years BI/Sales Ops experience Understanding of key sales concepts, metrics, and processes/best practices Business acumen to proactively prioritize workload according to business needs Ability to establish and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences Financial understanding and reporting experience (revenue, costing, and margin) Technical aptitude and ability to learn proactively Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with accuracy Experience with reporting tools (SFDC, SAP, Business Objects, etc.) and databases (SQL, etc.) SaaS or Software industry experience Experience in data quality and governance Experience in full analytics lifecycle using Enterprise Tools (Power BI, etc.) Ability to adapt to rapid change and follow data requirements with minimal supervision For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by location, skills, experience, and education. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits. Salary Range: $1 — $100 USD Where we Work
