Overview
Flagship Store Manager – Anaheim, CA at LEGO Brand Retail (Anaheim, near Disneyland Resort).
In this role you will inspire a store team to deliver inspirational guest experiences and build the LEGO brand. You will empower the team to drive sales while providing a signature experience for every guest and create an environment where creativity and imagination define the future of play.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate results orientation by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators, supervising business processes, maintaining merchandising and cleanliness standards, and enhancing efficiency and profitability through sound operational practices.
Be a role model for guest experience by executing the service model, completing monthly mystery shops, increasing repeat business by creating NPS promoters, and coaching sales associates to deliver exceptional branded experiences.
Recruit and develop a highly productive, collaborative team; provide ongoing coaching and performance management; ensure continuous learning through product knowledge and service training.
Develop the team by articulating the LEGO brand experience, unlocking potential with LEGO Core Competencies, and identifying top candidates for promotion to build the bench for future growth.
Demonstrate collaboration by working effectively with peers and partners to drive big-picture business performance and maintain a positive, cooperative working environment.
Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.
Qualifications
Proven management experience in a retail environment.
Experience with Point of Sale systems.
Loss prevention and cash management experience.
Recruitment, selection and training experience.
Scheduling and payroll management experience.
Performance management and conflict resolution skills.
Space management and visual merchandising expertise.
Effective organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated computer proficiency.
Physical specifications: Constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; vision for close/peripheral depth and the ability to adjust focus; lifting at least 30 lbs.
Salary and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from $67,500 to $90,000 USD, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Comprehensive remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
