Responsibilities: Buy Used Cars at below-market prices as deemed feasible Market Used Cars and drive traffic to the dealership Determine inventory values on purchases including off-street purchases and trade-ins Manage reconditioning process with the Service Department to make vehicles ready for sale within 3 days Coach sales team on how to sell used vehicles Manage all showroom activities for the Used Car Department Spend time with customers to determine their needs, discuss vehicle options, and assist sales team members in closing deals Qualifications: Strong Used Auto Sales and Used Sales Management Experience Knowledge of vAuto, CDK, CRM, preferably Elead, and First Pencil desking tool Strong Closing Skills Strong Ethics and Values Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills Excellent People Skills Must pass background check Must have a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record test Please reply with your qualifications for more details.
