Manager, Game Presentation

Serve as the primary contact and conductor for the in-arena entertainment experience Produce all game presentation documents for each game including Run of Show, PA Script, LED Schedule, Timing Sheet and other support documents Serve as show producer for all home games Maintain in-game feature inventory to build overall in-arena show Track sponsor inventory and fulfillment of game related activations, while also providing creative ideation for partner pitches Responsible for booking all live entertainment for Seals games including half-time acts, national anthems and pre-game ceremonial entertainment Assist in theme night and extended arena entertainment planning and logistics in service of overall gameday experience Assist in direction of the Sirens dance team, including appearance scheduling, payroll and administrative duties Supervise game presentation staffs including production assistants, mascot, DJ, PA Announcer, Host & operational staffs Coordinate arena vendors including special effects and lighting, Assist video department with media management Provide ideation for in-arena entertainment and social media content Duties as assigned Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in sports game presentation preferred Game producer/show caller experience a plus Strong organizational skills Flexible schedule – ability to work nights, weekends and holidays Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, Photoshop) a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
