The Lanterman Historical Museum Foundation is seeking a dynamic
Executive Director
to lead the historic house museum, engage with the community, and implement the mission of discovering, understanding, and appreciating the diverse history and development of the City of La Cañada Flintridge. About the Lanterman House
The Lanterman House is owned by the City of La Cañada Flintridge and managed by the Lanterman Historical Museum Foundation. The House is a unique 1915 Arts and Crafts residence which contains fully restored interiors, original furnishings and changing historical exhibits set amid 1.5 acres of period gardens. The Lanterman Foundation manages the restoration and interpretation of the site; runs extensive school programs; organizes an active schedule of educational and performing arts programs; and provides Docent-guided tours. The Executive Director is responsible for all operations of the Lanterman Historical Museum Foundation and of the Lanterman House Museum, including: Preservation Education and public programs Administration Memberships Volunteers
