Management - Massachusetts | Part-Time Job No. 5733f51c-fa49-4ebb-903b-d632be3cd3ed | Boston, MA Overview Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Clerk of Works to support on-site project delivery with clients and partners. The role involves daily on-site reporting, coordination with the project team, and ensuring work aligns with construction documents and project standards. Some in-person time for collaboration with clients, peers, leaders and communities is required, with flexibility to support work/life needs. THE WORK

You’ll provide a detailed and professional daily on-site report including: number of people on site and their activities, daily weather (temperature), permit inspections, inspector comments, follow-up actions, deliveries observed, on-site equipment, materials delivered, all visitors, testing as notified by GC, dated daily photos, and a digital copy stored in the project file. Mark any work that may be an “extra” in bold or highlighted. You’ll confirm that all work is generally in conformance with the construction documents. You’ll maintain an up-to-date digital log of submittals and RFIs and have access to all applicable documents on site. You’ll check all submittals against specifications and materials delivered against approved submittals. You’ll be familiar with the schedule, requirements, and standards for upcoming work, attend meetings, review minutes, and confirm any incorrect information promptly. You’ll confirm contractors are working in alignment with local codes, requirements, and other project permitting aspects. You’ll review requisitions to confirm completed work, stored materials, and enter time/expenses in a timely fashion. You’ll work independently, seek guidance when needed, and collaborate effectively with the project team. You’ll assist the Project Manager with monthly review of CM/GC Pay Requisition/Application for accuracy and percent complete based on work in place; observe and report any site safety or OSHA violations to the CM/GC. You’ll review, analyze and provide feedback to CM/GC on monthly project schedule updates. Onsite at client site : The work location is on-site with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
