Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team building and management, and more. Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals, drive sales, and produce results. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Monitor and manage the sales team's progress and performance. Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team building and management, and more. Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals, drive sales, and produce results. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Monitor and manage the sales team's progress and performance. Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business. Reach out to clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and preferences. Inspect automobiles to ensure they are in top shape for sales and client use. Manage the dealership's CRM and implement processes and workflows. Follow up on all internet leads daily with calls. Help manage inventory online and incentives. Work with third-party vendors such as AutoTrader and Cars.com to generate and boost lead counts. Maintain effective employee relations. Maintain CSI at or above company standards. Participate in required training. Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot. Manage used car inventory levels and days in stock. Appraise and buy cars, purchase used cars, and order new vehicles. Work with Parts and Service Director to recondition used cars. Coordinate sales of all wholesale vehicles. Requirements

Automotive Sales Manager experience is required. Luxury brand auto sales manager experience is preferred. High-energy, positive, outgoing, and motivated to succeed. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Team builder. Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer. Ability to drive sales and produce results. Motivated with a passion to achieve high standards. Social media skills and computer proficiency. Finance experience is helpful. Professional appearance. Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
