Wonder Years School is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator who embraces play-based learning and thrives in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will co-develop an emergent, child-centered curriculum that adapts to the evolving interests and needs of our young learners.

Classroom Management:
Maintain appropriate teacher-to-child ratios while ensuring constant, vigilant supervision. Foster a safe, healthy, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with co-teachers to design and implement an age-appropriate, emergent curriculum centered on children's interests and developmental needs. Plan engaging, open-ended activities that support competency growth across various developmental domains. Communication & Assessment:
Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular, constructive feedback to parents. Engage in daily, meaningful interactions with parents—both in person and via our school app—to share milestones and updates about their child's day.
Policy & Procedure Compliance:
Adhere to Wonder Years School policies and procedures, ensuring all activities meet or exceed licensing requirements. Work in close coordination with fellow educators and the School Director to uphold the highest standards of early education.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 6 months' experience in an early childhood education setting. Successful completion of fingerprints clearance through the Department of Justice for Child Abuse Index Check and Criminal Record Statement. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
