Vaco by Highspring
The CFO/VP of Finance non-profit healthcare will be responsible for day-to-day financial management, including overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing financial statements, conducting budget analysis, journal entries, bank recs. Work with outside CPA firm on Audits and Taxes.
The CFO/VP of Finance will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Qualifications include:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proficiency in financial software and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate financial information effectively
Responsibilities include financial management and reporting, working with Medicaid, strategic financial planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a BA in Accounting, CPA certification is a plus, and experience in healthcare and non-profit industries.
The CFO/VP of Finance will present financial report analysis to Executive Staff and/or Boards, including board material preparation oversight. Actively engage organizationally, attend required and voluntary events, and seek interactions with those outside of the service area.
Base pay range is $165,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr.
