Position Summary Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the In-Store Branch. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Ensures that In-Store Branch sales and referral goals are met according to credit union objectives. Oversees provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Trains, directs, and supervises In-Store Branch personnel. Consistently executes In-Store specific marketing plans, Store partner relationship management tactics and Community engagement. Qualifications/Experience At least 4-6 years of related experience in Retail Banking, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Understanding of the credit union’s field of membership. Thorough knowledge of credit union service and products. Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills. Well organized. Ability to operate related computer applications and related business equipment. Ability to maintain an effective and efficient work flow. Salary Range: Competitive Compensation:
