PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking experienced Service Center Coordinator to support PacArctic and our government customer. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered by the CBA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties:

Assist with pricing/coordination of Above Standard and Additional Services Perform clerical duties Manage Team Koniag janitorial software (Jobber). Receive service requests from staff and Government personnel Support Sustainable Purchasing programs Manage supplies inventory in SharePoint Hub Maintain Government access account (ENT login) for NCMMS Enter/maintain data in NCMMS (Maximo) Dispatch custodial staff for service requests Close out work orders in NCMMS Assist with reporting requirements Manage approved vendor lists; receive and disburse products. Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in office clerical support Microsoft Office proficiency NCMMS operations expertise Minimum Education: High School Diploma Certifications and Training:

Maintain an active system file to Government access account ENT for NCMMS usage. Mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees General Employee Training Asbestos Awareness Training NCMMS Training
