A confidential aerospace and defense organization is seeking an experienced
Warehouse Material Handler . This role supports critical program deliveries by handling shipping, receiving, inventory, and material control in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform warehouse operations including
shipping, receiving, packaging, storage, and inventory management . Operate typical warehouse equipment (forklift, stock picker, turret truck) safely and efficiently. Input and track data in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply databases. Monitor workloads, identify problems, and implement solutions to maintain on-time deliveries. Ensure compliance with
Foreign Object Damage (FOD)
prevention, OSHA, and EHS standards. Follow procedures for hazardous materials, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and calibration maintenance. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer and supplier requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, MRO, or related operations. VantageClear Certification or equivalent (e.g., active U.S. security clearance or comparable defense-industry credential) required Proficiency with computers, software tools, and ability to learn new applications quickly.
