Aunt Ann's In-House Staffing's Client is seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Laundress/Executive Housekeeper to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end garment care, fabric maintenance, and detailed housekeeping. This role requires a proactive individual with an exceptional eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a pristine and well-organized home. Key Responsibilities:

Laundry & Garment Care:

Expert care of delicate fabrics, couture clothing, and high-end garments. Washing, steaming, ironing, folding, and proper storage of clothing and linens. Handwashing delicate items (e.g., silk, cashmere, linen fabrics). Removing stains with knowledge of appropriate cleaning solutions for different fabrics. Organizing wardrobes and seasonal rotation of clothing. Minor repairs such as button replacements and small mending tasks. Housekeeping Duties:

Deep cleaning and maintaining an immaculate home environment. Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Changing bed linens and ensuring all household linens are fresh and properly stored. Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry detergents. Handling fine furnishings, antiques, and luxury surfaces with proper care. Organizing closets, drawers, and storage spaces for maximum efficiency. Wash dishes by hand or dishwasher, clean refrigerator, oven, kitchen. Clean outside, sweeping, spiderwebs, manage outside furniture (covering / uncovering). Clean suitcases + travel kits. Clean gym bag. Clean shoes + checking items for wear and tear. Take out the trash / recycling / compost - breakdown boxes. Notify team when windows are to be cleaned. Inspect appliances and bathrooms / fixtures while cleaning. Report anything that needs repair. Additional Responsibilities:

Work in harmony with entire team. Answer door / greet guests and vendors. Packing and unpacking luggage for household members when traveling. Ability to check off checklist for packing / house cleaning. Chat with team using WhatsApp + Signal - ability to organize tasks from chats. Ability to recollect where items are in the house at any given moment to answer principal questions. Coordinating with dry cleaners and other vendors as needed. Following household protocols for garment care, housekeeping, and organization. Work with PA team on miscellaneous requests that involve housekeeping and inventory organization. Set up massage table + linens. Some light window cleaning in emergency - but this task is outsourced. May assist in refilling rx + supplements. Open packages and put items away. Check on / water plants in the house. Seasonal swapping of bedding / help PA’s with storing seasonal decorations. Miscellaneous tasks may be asked when needed. Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a laundress/housekeeper in a high-end residence or luxury hotel. Strong knowledge of fabric care, stain removal, and garment preservation. Experience with high-end appliances (Miele, Electrolux, etc.). Ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of household privacy. Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Ability to focus on the task at hand without distractions. Calm demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to remember where all clothing / household items are located at all times. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to communicate by text/Whatsapp. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with designer clothing and fine fabrics. Knowledge of eco-friendly and hypoallergenic cleaning methods. Basic sewing and mending skills. Flexibility with schedule but mostly M-F 8-4. Has own vehicle for transportation to / from work. Lives in San Francisco (required SF proper). Salary Amount or Range: $65-$70/hr DOE plus medical and 401k.
