Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time adult Psychiatrist to join our outpatient hospital team in Jefferson City, MO. This full-time, on-site role involves providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients aged 12+. Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for a caseload of patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing staff and a Medical Staff Coordinator, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Full-time, 40 hours per week. No weekend or call requirements Qualifications
Board Certified, or eligible, Psychiatrist Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Missouri or the ability to obtain one. Active DEA registration in Missouri or eligibility to obtain. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Why Join Us
