This Senior Marketing Manager is someone who can blend creativity with execution and curiosity with action. In this role, you’ll take ownership of growth initiatives across customer marketing, partner marketing, community, and content. One week you might be orchestrating a major product launch, the next running a developer meetup series, and the next collaborating with engineering and research to deliver deeply technical content that resonates with senior product and engineering leaders. Ideally you have B2B marketing experience in AI or developer tools and have built programs in customer, partner, or community marketing. Success here means being entrepreneurial, an excellent communicator, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to take action. Experience leading partner programs or developer-facing integrations is a bonus, but what matters most is your ability to take ownership, collaborate with low ego, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
