About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and Teamcenter , preferably with a background in
aerospace or manufacturing . The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the implementation of PLM and MES solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in
documenting AS-IS/TO-BE processes, creating BRDs/FSDs, writing user stories, and supporting UAT/regression testing.
Core Responsibilities
Elicit and analyze business needs through
interviews, workshops, and observations. Perform
AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis
and create detailed documentation. Prepare
BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), and user stories. Develop
use cases, workflows, process maps, and wireframes. Perform
gap analysis and impact assessments
to recommend solutions. Support
Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies. Assist in
UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and regression testing
efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, ERP, PLM, and MES teams, to ensure successful project delivery. Must-Have Skills
6-8 years
of Business Analyst experience, preferably in
manufacturing/aerospace. Strong expertise in
PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred). Knowledge of
MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). Solid understanding of
manufacturing processes and ERP systems. Strong experience in
requirement elicitation, documentation, and process mapping. Familiarity with
Agile methodologies (Sprint planning, backlog grooming, user stories). Proficiency in conducting
gap analysis, impact assessments, and UAT support. Preferred Skills
Hands-on exposure to
aerospace or industrial manufacturing environments. Strong
communication and collaboration skills
for stakeholder engagement. Experience creating
wireframes and prototypes
for process improvement. Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
