Director of Brokerage Operations - Introducing Broker
At MyFundedFutures, we provide traders with the resources, tools, and opportunities to grow and succeed in the markets. As part of our next phase of growth, we are launching a new introducing broker. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven operations leader to join at the ground floor and build out the brokerage operations from scratch — shaping the systems, processes, and team that will define our future. We are seeking a Director of Brokerage Operations to lead the launch and day-to-day management of our new introducing broker. This role goes beyond operations oversight — it requires hands-on leadership in establishing workflows, building relationships with clearing partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and scaling operations for growth. This individual will play a critical role in helping bring the brokerage online, managing its early growth, and setting the foundation for long-term success. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the launch and build-out of MyFundedFutures’ introducing broker, including systems, workflows, and staffing. Lead daily brokerage operations once live, including account onboarding, KYC/AML, reconciliations, margin management, and trade lifecycle. Serve as the primary liaison with clearing firms, custodians, regulators, and technology providers. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (FINRA, NFA, CFTC, SEC) and coordinate with compliance/legal advisors. Build, hire, and manage an operations team as the business scales. Develop and refine operational policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks. Provide strategic input to executive leadership on growth initiatives, operational scalability, and competitive positioning. Qualifications
10+ years of brokerage operations experience, ideally with a background in launching or scaling an introducing broker or broker-dealer. Strong knowledge of FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and SEC regulatory requirements. FINRA Series 27/28, Series 99, or other relevant registrations strongly preferred (or ability to obtain quickly). Proven ability to build systems and teams from scratch in a regulated environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Tech-savvy and comfortable integrating clearing systems, OMS, and compliance tools. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX (preferred hybrid role). What We Offer
Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus. Hybrid schedule (mix of in-office and remote work). Health, dental, and vision benefits. 401(k) retirement plan. Licensing and continuing education support. Unique opportunity to build and lead a new introducing broker from inception.
