Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights:
Conduct in-depth analysis of social media, web, and traditional media data to uncover insights that guide strategic communications and marketing decisions. Media Monitoring & Listening:
Create and implement Boolean queries to track conversations on social media and online news platforms, pinpointing emerging trends and themes. Data Visualization & Storytelling:
Design and present engaging data stories and visualizations using tools such as Google Sheets, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Tableau to effectively communicate key findings. Performance Measurement:
Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Meltwater) to evaluate content performance and offer actionable recommendations for improvement. Market Research:
Execute market and competitor analysis to build foundational knowledge and reveal new opportunities. Automation & Tools:
Employ tools like Excel, Quid, and AI-driven platforms for streamlined data collection and analysis. Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including account leads, to integrate data insights into comprehensive communication strategies. Qualifications: Experience:
2-5 years in analytics, ideally within PR, marketing, or advertising, focusing on the technology and healthcare sectors. Technical Skills:
Expertise in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides), data visualization tools, and media monitoring software (e.g., Quid, StatSocial, SimilarWeb). Data-Driven Mindset:
Strong passion for working with data to derive actionable insights and the ability to translate findings into practical recommendations. Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting data in a clear and persuasive manner. Attention to Detail:
