Job Summary

The Receptionist & Switchboard role supports Edgewell Care Products by providing front desk and administrative support three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This position is responsible for greeting visitors, managing calls, scheduling meeting rooms, and assisting with various office tasks. The role contributes to a professional and welcoming environment while supporting internal teams and company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and distribute name badges to guests, temporary employees, and others.

• Answer and transfer calls from across the United States.

• Schedule meeting rooms for internal and external use.

• Participate enthusiastically in company and community service events.

• Perform light administrative duties and PC support as needed.

• Act as a model for the company’s Vision, Values, and Mission.

• Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

• Update company phone and speed dial lists, Brag Board, and Company Calendar.

• Maintain and update the automated messaging center daily.

• Assist other teams with tasks such as envelope labeling and compiling manuals.

• Order, maintain, and distribute promotional items for the Promotional Store.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment.

• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.

• Availability to work on-site three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).

Education:

High School
