The Assistant Director works to implement the COO’s agenda by serving as lead project manager for initiatives and tasks advancing the clinical operations, efficiency, human capital and fiscal planning needs of the JHH. The position serves a point of contact on behalf of the COO for a range of key internal stakeholders (e.g. Administrators, Sr. Directors, Directors & Assistant Directors). The Assistant Director is responsible for managing and facilitating the identification, implementation and ongoing measurement of multiple, complex projects under limited guidance, which improve the effectiveness and quality of health care. Education:
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or other relevant field is required. Required Licensure Certification, etc.
Six Sigma certification desirable. Work Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in operations and administration in healthcare. Experience in supporting organizational change, Project Management, Change Management, Performance/Process Improvement is preferred. Salary Range: Minimum 41.26/hour - Maximum 72.23/hour.
