Position Overview
The Centralized Services Manager (CSM) plays a critical operational and team-leadership role in the success of Core’s centralized platform. This role is responsible for the direct supervision, coaching, and development of CAMs in the execution of day-to-day activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, delinquency management, vendor relations, and financial reporting. Directly supervise and support Centralized Account Managers in their daily operational responsibilities. Provide day-to-day coaching, workload balancing, and performance feedback to ensure quality and consistency in execution. Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and skill development sessions to foster continuous growth and adherence to KPIs. Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new CAMs in alignment with department standards. Requirements
5+ years of Property Management experience; 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred Proficiency in Entrata and/or Yardi property management software Solid understanding of centralized operations, including AP/AR, collections, and vendor management Demonstrated experience with process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills across various audiences What We Offer
