Sr. People System Administrator (SuccessFactors)
We’re seeking an experienced
Senior People Systems Administrator
to own configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our
SAP SuccessFactors
platform — with a focus on Employee Central, Time Off, and Onboarding. This role ensures reliability, security, and efficiency of HR systems while partnering across HR, IT, and vendors to drive enhancements and improve the employee experience. What You’ll Do: Administer and configure SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Time Off, Onboarding) and related HR systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring stability and data integrity. Manage upgrades, releases, integrations, and security/permissions. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business needs. Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors on process improvements and new module rollouts. Provide training and support to HR teams and super-users. What We’re Looking For: 5–7+ years HRIS experience, with 3–5+ years in SuccessFactors administration. Strong expertise in Employee Central, Time Off, and Onboarding. Skilled in SuccessFactors tools (Business Rules Engine, MDF, Reporting, Integration Center). Solid understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire, onboarding, time off, compliance). Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
