Join our team at Sherwin-Williams as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! In this dynamic role, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers, assisting them in finding the perfect Sherwin-Williams products to meet their needs. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining the highest aesthetic standards in our stores. The selected candidate will be required to work at stores within a 5-mile radius of the following locations: 93 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141 630 Fellsway, Medford, MA 02155 435-437 W. Broadway, South Boston, MA 02127. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers both in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and suggesting suitable products and services. Build productive and trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately according to established policies. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Select and prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Organize and restock shelves, and set up product displays. Keep store equipment clean and functional. Load and unload delivery trucks as needed. Assist with deliveries when necessary. Ensure assigned areas are fully stocked and visually appealing. Stay informed on product options available for customers. Adhere to inventory control protocols. Propose ideas to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in English and Spanish. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience selling paint and paint-related products. Previous experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
