As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers to meet their needs, answer inquiries about our range of products, and suggest the best solutions for their projects. You will also be responsible for addressing customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction while achieving sales goals.
Your daily responsibilities will involve:
Providing exceptional customer service both in person and via phone.
Building trust-based relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Accurately processing sales transactions and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas.
Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications.
Ensuring store appearance is clean and well-organized, including stocking shelves and setting up displays.
Loading and unloading delivery trucks and helping with deliveries as needed.
Staying updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Complying with inventory control practices to maintain stock levels.
Seeking solutions to improve sales performance.
This position requires you to be located at one of the following stores: 93 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141; 630 Fellsway, Medford, MA 02155; or 435-437 W. Broadway, South Boston, MA 02127.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service.
Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
