LHH is seeking a Network & Systems Administrator to join our client's team in a full-time, on-site role in Newport Beach, CA.

The Network & Systems Administrator role is critical in providing consistent high-quality customer service to attorneys and legal staff through timely maintenance of Firm systems while providing exemplary end-user Tier 2 support.

Salary & Benefits: Pay: $120k to $130k per year

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain tools and systems, particularly Microsoft SCCM/InTune for deploying computer operating system images, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with Firm needs

Serve as subject-matter expert in all desktop and server-based end-user applications and their integrations and assist Tier 1 Help Desk members with resolution of escalated incidents.

Design and implement software deployment packages and scripts to ensure timely, consistent and successful deployment of new and updated software installations in a diverse user environment.

Responsible for control and coordination of the release management process for the desktop

Maintain established regular and emergency systems patching schedules, ensuring the security and safety of the firm computing environment.

Coordinate and perform physical moves, adds, and changes of technology hardware, including desktops, monitors, printers, etc., when necessary, and in conjunction with other team members.

Complete assigned server and systems configuration projects as assigned and on schedule.

Able and willing to work occasional nights and weekends as planned projects or emergencies demand.

Communicate clearly and effectively with personnel from all levels of the Firm, including partners and associates.

Participate in the User Support after-hours on-call rotation (non-exempt role)

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Required:

Minimum of 5 years enterprise IT experience with increasing responsibilities for management and support of legal information systems

Required:

Prior law firm experience

Required Technical Skills:

Direct and strong proficiency in SCCM/Config Manager/Intune administration

Image creation and deployment, maintain the golden image for production desktops and MS servers

Software deployment

PowerShell scripting

MS security patching

Recast Right-click tools

Proficient in Windows Server technology elements: Active Directory, Domain Services, Azure Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

Maintenance and administration of law firm-specific applications such as Litera Innova, Metadact, Compare, DocXtools, Best Authority

Macro & template packages used in legal environments

Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 Professional & Office 365 Suite administration

Windows server builds, server administration, use of MS server roles and features effectively, MS SQL server administration

Administration experience in Citrix environments, Citrix VDA client, Netscaler

Document management system experience, preferably NetDocuments

Strongly preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar discipline

Strongly preferred:

Professional certifications from Cisco, VMWare or Microsoft
