We are seeking a Scientific, Engineering, and Technical Assistance (SETA) SharePoint Engineer to join our team in support of a government research funding organization dedicated to investing in high-risk, high-payoff research programs to tackle some of the most difficult challenges of national security. The successful candidate will support the government leadership on the SharePoint website design providing an overview of the organization, identifying and virtualizing their processes, customizing workflows, and supporting collaboration and organizational effectiveness. They will support the management of knowledge sharing infrastructure and establish metrics to measure performance. Responsibilities

SharePoint administration with operations and maintenance support of SharePoint tools. Designing and implementing customized SharePoint solutions. Maintaining documentation and configuration control of SharePoint solutions. Coordinate with IT and Security to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Support solutions in SharePoint using out-of-the-box configurations and front-end Web technologies. Document standard operating procedures Support and host training and guides for staff on how to utilize each SharePoint tool. Assistance with dashboards and reports measuring performance, compliance, and risks of SharePoint IT investments. Qualifications

Required: Proficient in the SharePoint solution stack, including portals, collaboration, enterprise content management, business intelligence, business process enablement, and electronic forms. Hands-on experience with SharePoint (on-premises and/or SharePoint Online), including site collections, permissions, workflows, and content management. Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions that integrate with other enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook). Strong ability to produce technical documentation, configuration records, and standard operating procedures. Experience building performance and compliance dashboards using SharePoint reporting tools, Excel Services, or Power BI. Experience coordinating with IT and Security teams to ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Proven ability to provide user training, conduct workshops, and create end-user guides. Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues effectively while working across IT, Security, and business units. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3–5 years of experience in SharePoint administration, solution development, and enterprise application integration. Experience supporting government R&D organizations (DARPA, IARPA, ARPA-E, etc.). Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate (Flow), and Power Apps for business process automation and custom forms. Understanding of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), C#, or .NET for advanced customization. Scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred) for automation of SharePoint tasks. Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate or other relevant Microsoft certifications. Why Join Us?
