We’re looking for our next team member who will offer seasoned experience in marketing strategy, extraordinary customer service and expert project management that our clients have come to expect. POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an Account Director to manage campaigns from concept to execution with a specific expertise in strategy, analyzing and managing data, audience analysis and insights and production of advertising campaigns. Projects can include annual strategy and planning, campaign strategy and plans, digital media, photo/audio/video production, OOH/large-scale graphics, customer activations, conference exhibits and print collateral, digital files, conference exhibits and video and audio production. Responsibilities will include: Acting as the lead for each campaign or project, setting the course for campaign strategy and monitoring all activity for accuracy, timeliness and budget Consulting with clients on annual planning for products, providing data-based rationales for our recommended strategy. Adept at integrating AI into the advertising ecosystem including a strong knowledge of AI prompts, exposing hallucinations and inaccurate information and using AI as a support platform and not as a replacement for the nuance that is the essence of great advertising. Developing detailed plans for advertising campaigns with recommended KPIs, reporting cadence and strategic adjustments based on campaign performance. Presenting creative through compelling story telling and strategic insight tied to the client’s USP, objectives and competitive landscape. Managing support staff and delegating tasks. Having deep knowledge of the client’s brand that enables advocacy of the client’s perspective Offering timely, cost-effective solutions when challenges arise in the fast-moving production process Acting as the link between the client and advertising agency staff by maintaining regular contact with both, thus ensuring the communication flows effectively; Developing and maintaining accurate budgets and preparing invoice packages; Developing and presenting creative strategies, production schedules and estimates to clients; Researching clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets; Leading customer activations and events QUALIFICATIONS

The winning candidate must have at least five years leading campaign management in advertising, marketing, or working with an advertising agency on strategy, planning, branding and media. A minimum of seven years of proven experience in project management with consistent delivery of projects that are error-free, on time and within budget is required. Necessary attributes: diplomatic, highly organized, flexible, a problem-solver, knowledgeable in MS Office and some knowledge of Adobe Suite is helpful. Experience with project management software is preferred but not required. Our firm offers a great benefit package including health insurance, life insurance and a generous vacation allowance.
