We need someone who can bridge the gap between business and Engineering, understand both sides/system configs, know-how

Role Overview:

We are looking for a functional Coupa Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Coupa P2P and CCW modules to support indirect procurement and contractor lifecycle processes. The role will focus on approvals, sourcing, catalog management, PO workflows, and Coupa-SAP integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a functional SME for Coupa P2P and Coupa CCW modules.
• Analyze procurement workflows and contractor onboarding processes.
• Configure Coupa requisition templates, approval workflows, and sourcing rules.
• Manage contract lifecycle automation and clause library alignment in Coupa CCW.
• Support integration with SAP (PR/PO sync, invoicing, receiving).
• Document BRDs, UAT test cases, SOPs, and support change management activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Procurement, and IT teams for end-to-end process alignment.
• Coupa P2P (Procure-to-Pay): Requisitions, PO creation, invoicing, approval flows, catalogs
• Integration Points: Coupa-SAP sync for PO, GR, invoice; third-party vendor portals
• Reporting/Analytics: Spend visibility, contract compliance, sourcing insights

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa P2P and/or CCW
• Strong understanding of indirect procurement and contingent workforce processes
• Prior experience configuring Coupa workflows and supplier onboarding
• Good working knowledge of SAP integration touchpoints
• Excellent documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement skills
