About the Role
Ready to make a measurable impact in bioprocessing? Advanced Instruments is hiring a self-driven, energetic, and proactive Account Manager to join our Osmo Bio team, working remotely in the Boston or New England area. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the face of our osmolality solutions, partnering with leading biotech and biopharma organizations to help them optimize workflows and accelerate innovation. You’ll drive revenue growth by supporting existing customers, expanding into new departments, and converting fresh opportunities—while building lasting relationships rooted in trust, value, and technical expertise.

Your Day-to-Day Impact
Promote and sell the Osmo Bio portfolio in your assigned territory
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and drive pipeline growth in partnership with leadership
Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, ongoing training, and expansion into new departments
Replace outdated equipment and upsell consumables and services aligned with customer needs
Lead proactive outreach and prospecting efforts to identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities
Educate potential customers on our value, build strategies to displace competitors, and close new business
What You’ll Bring
10 years of experience working with biotech and biopharma customers
Background in
GMP environments
and strong knowledge of
bioprocessing workflows
Proven experience selling capital equipment into complex environments with multiple stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills, both technical and commercial
Comfortable working in English in both written and spoken formats
Passion for both
sales excellence
and
scientific impact
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-directed approach to territory management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and experience using CRMs (ideally Salesforce.com)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%
