The
Director of Sales
will be responsible for leading the sales organization, developing long-term strategies, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The role will focus on sustaining and expanding growth in OEM, aftermarket, and commercial vehicle business lines. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with strong industry knowledge, customer focus, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive market. Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability across all business segments (OEM, aftermarket, motorsport, and commercial vehicle). Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance objectives. Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industry partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with long-term strategic goals that support growth and profitability commitments. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to guide commercial planning. Collaborate with internal functions—including product management, engineering, and operations—to ensure customer needs are met with innovative solutions. Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements. Work with internal operations team to investigate, resolve, and develop commercial recovery strategies. Possess strong commercial, technical, and business acumen to drive well-informed program decisions in a timely manner. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the automotive sector. Strong track record of driving revenue growth across OEM and adjacent business channels. Skilled in developing and managing global customer relationships. Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, multicultural sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Ability to travel as required. Seniority level
