Develop and implement the chronic business sales plan to achieve sales goals Train, coach, and supervise the chronic therapies sales team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer service issues and enhance service quality Identify and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and physician practices Monitor market trends and develop sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of office-based physician sales leadership experience, or a high school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience Proven record of success in sales leadership and team development Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and drive improvements Ability to lead a high-volume business and manage cross-functional relationships Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time for business purposes Preferred Qualifications

MBA in Business Administration with at least 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience Previous experience in home healthcare Involvement in task forces or initiatives demonstrating impact beyond immediate control Background in selling to Neurology, Gastroenterology, or Allergy/Immunology specialties Understanding of billing and reimbursement procedures for medical offices and hospitals We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
