as Director of Leisure Sales. This position will start immediately. Conrad Orlando is a destination resort within the Evermore Orlando Resort, featuring natural environments, elegant amenities, and extensive meeting and event space. The property offers spa, golf, dining, and a variety of experiences designed to provide a luxurious and harmonious guest experience. The role will be based in Orlando and will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing, collaborating with the Revenue Management team to ensure alignment of leisure and transient sales strategy with business needs.

Responsibilities

Generate new luxury Consortia, Entertainment and Tour/Wholesale accounts to maximize transient revenue, profits and market share.

Maintain relationships with established consortia accounts.

Monitor implementation of packages and offers with operational departments and deploy to luxury partnerships.

Develop relationships with international and diplomatic clientele.

Maintain relationships and establish new connections with FIT, Wholesale, Entertainment and local negotiated accounts.

Support and promote leisure packages, offers and promotions in conjunction with Revenue Management and Marketing teams.

Set and negotiate rates for special corporate/preferred and local volume negotiated accounts, with direction from Revenue Management and DOSM.

Conduct research on key account room night/revenue performance at competitive sets.

Prepare account performance reports on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis.

Grow relationships with current accounts.

Host and direct on-property Travel Partner FAM trips, site inspections and educational tours.

Plan and execute sales calls, presentations and client entertainment with retail travel agents, luxury travel managers, and other intermediaries.

Present a polished, professional image of the resort.

Cross-sell resort outlets and revenue centers (e.g., spa, dining, golf, activities).

International and domestic travel required based on the marketing plan, focusing on retail travel agencies, consortia and wholesale accounts.

Be self-motivated, team-oriented, ambitious and driven to sales success.

Execute additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5+ years of leisure sales experience with a solid network of consortia accounts.

Luxury hotel experience in a 4- or 5-star setting.
