Role Overview
BeCore is seeking an Account Director, Client Services to join the team. In this role, you’ll partner with some of the world’s most recognizable brands to create experiences that connect with people and leave a lasting impression. You’ll guide teams from strategy through execution, managing variety in projects and ensuring work is fresh, thoughtful, and culturally relevant. The ideal candidate is hungry to learn and lead, comfortable with complexity, and has proven agency experience managing big brands. Remote-friendly for the right person; based in the LA area preferred. What You'll Do
Lead the strategic planning and execution for several key client accounts. Guide and oversee creative, strategy, client services, and production teams to deliver impactful client work. Identify KPIs and metrics for program success and ensure business impact is measurable. Develop compelling narratives and tactical solutions to influence decisions and drive results. Serve as a trusted partner to client executives, providing director-level consulting and support. Drive project, quarterly, and annual strategic plans, recaps, and metrics reviews with clients. Manage budgets, contracts, scopes of work, and ensure profitability across projects and accounts. Maintain top-level client communications regarding contracting, budgets, payment schedules, scope changes, timelines, etc. Support professional development of FTE team members on the account and foster growth of the client services discipline. Field inbound requests for new projects and grow accounts through organic opportunities and strategic initiatives. Assist in drafting RFP responses, budget estimates, and program documentation. Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency. Develop and maintain knowledge of BeCore’s past programming to provide relevant information and case studies. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7–10 years of leadership in experiential marketing or brand management; agency experience preferred. 3+ years of direct people management experience, including manager-level reports. Strong strategic and creative problem-solving skills. Experience across multiple marketing channels including experiential and digital. Proven success consulting with and managing Fortune 500 client relationships. Talented presenter with strong communication skills and executive presence. Hands-on leader with strong organizational and project management skills. High energy, collaborative, solution-oriented leader aligned with BeCore values. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including market dynamics, location, experience, and other considerations. The salary range listed is one component of total compensation.
