Vice President of Sales – Leading National Water Treatment Company – High Growth. Our client is a leading provider of water treatment products, consultation, and services for a wide variety of end market applications. We are seeking a highly motivated and proven sales executive to head up the sales strategy and drive outstanding growth as Vice President of Sales. As VP Sales, you will oversee the build-out and implementation of the sales strategy for this multi-location national water treatment solutions provider. You will lead a team of motivated sales managers and sales representatives across the country with a mandate of driving substantial organic growth with a focus on market expansion and sales excellence. You will develop a hunter-focused sales force and will build and guard key client relationships while pursuing new opportunities within industrial, food and beverage, manufacturing, healthcare and institutional markets. You will have a strong background in consultative sales with experience in working across diverse end-markets. There will be an attractive compensation package on offer which includes an attractive base salary and excellent bonus potential based on performance. Responsibilities

Oversee the development and execution of national sales strategy for a multi-location water treatment solutions provider. Lead and develop a team of sales managers and sales representatives nationwide. Drive organic growth with a focus on market expansion and sales excellence. Develop a hunter-focused sales culture and build/maintain key client relationships. Pursue new opportunities across industrial, food and beverage, manufacturing, healthcare, and institutional markets. Utilize consultative selling approaches across diverse end-markets. Qualifications

Proven track record in sales leadership with success in consultative selling. Experience managing multi-location sales teams. Strong ability to build and maintain key client relationships across diverse industries. Ability to develop and execute sales strategy and drive growth. Employment details
