This is a full-time, on-site role for a Complex Director of Sales & Marketing, based in Atlanta, GA. The Complex Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for strategic planning and sales management, overseeing public relations efforts, and budgeting for 2 Full Service properties in the Atlanta Airport market. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, coordinating public relations activities, and ensuring budgetary compliance. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to drive hotel occupancy and revenue growth. Role Responsibilities
