Who They Are Recently, a new CEO has taken over one of the largest manufactures rep and service company East of the Mississippi and has the goal to increase market share, branding, and reputation to move back up the spotlight to be one of the best service companies in the East. We are helping them find a driven and technically minded Territory Sales Manager to join their Atlanta-based team. This full-time role focuses on expanding the company's footprint across Georgia by engaging end-users, engineering firms, and mechanical contractors. Their clients span industries including commercial, food & beverage, chemical, institutional, and industrial manufacturing. What You'll Do

Develop and manage customer relationships to drive regional sales growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a proactive mindset Serve as a technical resource for company products and services, including boilers, feedwater systems, economizers, deaerators, water treatment, etc. Conduct jobsite visits with mechanical technicians to ensure proper planning of equipment, materials, and labor for proposals Work closely with the Proposal Manager to ensure proposals are accurate, timely, and meet internal margin requirements Provide light project management support for sold projects as needed Travel 50–75% within the territory to support sales, installations, and troubleshooting Periodically report out on sales performance and pipeline activity to leadership Achieve annual sales targets for territory What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree preferred; engineering or other technical discipline ideal. Minimum 3 years of outside technical sales experience; background in boilers, fired heaters, or mechanical systems is a plus Familiarity with design codes such as UL, NFPA, and ASME Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service Strong communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and other web-based tools Ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to develop tailored boiler room solutions Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (auto stipend and fuel card provided) Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
