Provide individualized support during after-school hours, helping kids feel confident, comfortable, and included in daily activities. Lead or assist with play, crafts, snacks, homework time, and relationship-building—always with encouragement and patience. Be a dependable partner for keiki and their families—offering empathy, communication, and consistency every day. What You’ll Get
