Manage the day-to-day operations of the after-school program. Provide leadership and support to staff and supervise activities. Help children unwind after school with snacks and fun activities. Assist with homework and lead engaging STEM adventures. Inspire creativity with cooking and crafts. Supervise outdoor games and sports. Build relationships with families and ensure program quality. No evenings or weekends; after-school hours typically 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Some sites may offer morning hours. Competitive pay: $20–$24/hr for Site Coordinators.
