President - Food & Beverage HELPING WORLD CLASS COMPANIES ATTRACT WORLD CLASS TALENT Job Summary: This company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President, Retail & Co-Manufacturing to lead a newly formed business unit focused on retail and industrial growth. This executive will lead the end-to-end strategy for the business unit, overseeing sales, innovation, category management, packaging, and business development. The SVP will be instrumental in driving long-term growth, building high-performing teams, and leading transformative initiatives. Responsibilities
Lead and execute the strategy for the retail and co-manufacturing business unit across the U.S. and North America Drive growth through private label innovation, custom solutions, and deep partnerships with major retailers and CPG companies Oversee P&L for the business unit and ensure alignment with the company\'s broader strategic goals Build and develop cross-functional capabilities including sales, category management, packaging, culinary, and customer service Partner with internal functions (Operations, Finance, Commercialization, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Legal, and HR) to deliver exceptional customer outcomes Qualifications
Proven P&L leadership at the multi-region or national level Track record of building and scaling private label or co-manufacturing platforms Experience leading integrated teams across sales, operations, and support functions Deep understanding of food manufacturing, supply chain, commercialization, and customer dynamics Expertise in building and motivating high-performing, customer-facing teams
