Account Manager, Foundry Sales Introduction
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager for Samsung Foundry. The individual will work to develop, acquire and grow new accounts for our expanding Foundry business focused on emerging technologies or business. Ideal candidate will have a strong background working in the business and customer management side of the semiconductor industry. Good understanding of the Foundry industry and semiconductor technology is a must, along with having a large network in the semiconductor industry will be a huge plus. Job Summary

We work very closely with every customer from initial design concept to high-volume manufacturing, with transparency, exceptionally flawless execution while delivering highest quality product. Location: Daily onsite presence in San Jose HQ location in alignment with our Flexible Work policy with an average of 10% travel per month Reports to: Director of Foundry Sales Responsibilities
Generate and drive new accounts to successful engagements. Lead account management from the point of first contact to final onboarding. Good understanding of semiconductor process technology in order to be able to articulate Samsungs strengths and craft a solution based upon customers needs. Work with various internal organizations (including Marketing, Finance, Legal and Headquarter team) to lead successful marketing pitches, and eventual design awards. Collecting the requirements from customers and responding to RFI/RFP/RFQ. Prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals, with a strong emphasis on outbound sales activities and building a pipeline of new leads Provide accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders. Work closely with engineering teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. Support or Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to close deals effectively. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Developing sales strategies based on customer's needs, market research and competitive analysis. Identify and manage and coordinate sales efforts for customers driving emerging business. Forecast in coordination with the marketing and sales teams with a focus on reducing ambiguity between customer teams (i.e. preventing double counting) and long-term product requirements Lead project management meetings across sales and marketing teams to align on strategy to secure business Once account gets converted, lead contract negotiations and eventually manage sales operations. Assimilate industry and customer requirements to feed into our Marketing knowledgebase. Support your team, empowering their achievements, facilitating self-management, developing growth opportunities, and proactively planning for the future. Complete other responsibilities as assigned. Bachelors in Business or Engineering related Discipline with 10+ years related experience OR Masters in Business or Engineering related Discipline with 8+ years related experience OR PhD in Business or Engineering related Discipline with 5+ years related experience. MBA with Engineering degree a plus. Experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly close to Foundries and supply chain in a customer facing role. Good understanding of advanced node semiconductor process technology, IP ecosystem and industry landscape. Demonstrated results in establishing creative partnerships. Experience with semiconductor industry supply contracts. Proven experience in semiconductor marketing/sales/business development roles with track record of closing complex deals. Able to work independently, self-motivated with strong drive to win. Team player with the ability to work across diverse cross-functional teams spread across the world. Relationship manager with a vast network and experience working with Executives. Leadership skills to influence all levels of the organization. The pay range for this role is $140,515 - $217,485 USD.
